Description and application
- Features: Single-component material, 100% acrylic. It is applied on concrete, cement plaster (mortar), stone base, gypsum boards, and asphalt.
- Its elastic waterproofing property allows the sealing of small cracks on concrete surfaces.
- Application method: Used for waterproofing structures exposed to positive pressure such as swimming pools, reservoirs, basement walls, floors, bathrooms, closed and open channels, flat roofs, bridges, tunnels, etc.
- It is applied to a solid, clean, and dust-free surface. The surface must first be coated with a layer of acrylic emulsion Ultra Prime. After Ultra Prime has dried (4–6 h), the acrylic emulsion is mixed with a mixer (after the first layer, it is recommended to apply fiberglass mesh). This layer must dry (12–14 h) before applying the second layer. Depending on the substrate, a third layer of acrylic emulsion may be applied. Layers must be applied crosswise. The surface must be protected from external atmospheric influences (sun, rain, frost, etc.).
- Application is not permitted if the ambient and surface temperatures are below 0°C.
